Is delivery really free?
Yes, delivery is free throughout Switzerland, with no minimum purchase or conditions. French-speaking, German-speaking, and Ticino: all regions are covered at the same rate - free
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time on the website of the postal service delivering it by entering this number. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you deliver outside Switzerland?
Yes, Sōmna ships internationally.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product, without having to justify your decision. This is your legal right in Switzerland. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
How do I initiate a return?
Send an email to hi@somna.ch with your order number and the subject line "Return Request". We will reply within 24 business hours with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
What are the delivery times to Switzerland?
All Sōmna orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from our supplier's warehouse. Delivery is guaranteed within 5 to 12 business days after shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.
How long does it take to get reimbursed?
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days. The amount is credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
In the event of a defective product, damaged during delivery, or not matching your order, contact us at hi@somna.ch within 48 hours of receipt, attaching a photo of the product concerned. We will arrange for its return and proceed with a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.
How do I care for my Sōmna pillow?
Sōmna pillows come with a removable cover that is machine washable at a maximum of 40°C, on a delicate cycle. The memory foam core is not washable; it should only be aired out. In case of a stain on the core, clean it locally with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Do not tumble dry, do not expose to direct sunlight.
My pillow arrived flattened, is this normal?
Yes, that's completely normal. Sōmna pillows are shipped compressed to optimize packaging and reduce the carbon footprint of transport. Once unboxed, the pillow may take a few minutes or hours to fully regain its natural shape. To speed up the process, gently pat the surface of the pillow and leave it in a well-ventilated room.
What is the lifespan of a memory foam pillow?
A quality memory foam pillow like Sōmna pillows has an estimated lifespan of 3 to 5 years with proper care. The first sign that replacement is needed is loss of support, when the pillow no longer returns to its original shape after use or no longer maintains the recommended height.

Is the Somna Aura suitable for side and back sleepers?
The Sōmna Aura is particularly suitable for side sleepers thanks to its 4 lobes which offer enveloping lateral support. It is also suitable for combination sleepers who change position during the night. Strict back sleepers will find a better fit with the Sōmna Nuva, whose wavy shape is specifically designed to maintain cervical curvature in the supine position.
Can I use the Sōmna Seat Cushion Set in my car?
Yes, the Sōmna Seta is designed to work equally well on an office chair or in a car seat. The seat cushion (41×31 cm) fits most standard car seats. The lumbar cushion can be placed between your back and the backrest of the driver's or passenger's seat. No fastening system is required; body weight holds the cushions in place.
Is Sōmna Night Protector safe for children and pregnant women?
Yes. The Sōmna Nox operates exclusively by physical attraction (UV light and air current aspiration), without any chemicals or diffusion of substances into the air. It is CE certified and contains no chemical compounds of concern. This is precisely why it is suitable for children's rooms and for people who wish to avoid any exposure to chemical insecticides.
Does the Sōmna sleep mask fit all face shapes?
It features an adjustable elastic band that adapts to all face shapes and head sizes. Its slightly padded 3D design creates a space between the mask and the eyelids, with no direct pressure on the eyes, making it comfortable for people with more or less prominent eye sockets.
Can the Sōmna travel pillow be attached to carry-on luggage?
Yes. It comes with a compact storage pouch and features an attachment system that allows it to be fastened to the handle of a carry-on or a backpack strap. Once compressed in its pouch, it is no larger than a water bottle, making it easily portable without taking up significant space in luggage.
What payment methods do you support?
Sōmna accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed on a secure platform with SSL encryption. We do not have access to any bank details, as these are processed directly by our certified payment provider.
Are prices always displayed in Swiss francs (CHF)?
Yes, all prices on somna.ch are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes. No additional fees are added at the time of payment; the price shown on the product page is the final price you pay.

Where are Sōmna products made?
Sōmna products are manufactured by selected partners, mainly in Asia. Each product is selected based on strict criteria: quality of materials, absence of concerning chemical compounds, certifications (OEKO-TEX, CE depending on the product) and durability. Sōmna is a Swiss brand, founded and managed from Switzerland.
Are your products certified?
Yes. The textile products in the Sōmna range (pillows, covers, masks) are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which guarantees the absence of harmful substances in the materials and dyes. The Sōmna night protector is CE certified in accordance with European electrical safety directives. Applicable certifications are mentioned on each product sheet.
